These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of this Platform ( "Website") and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) ( "Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

These Terms of Use apply to end users of the Website (referred to as "Learners", "You", "Your"). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is subject to Your acceptance of this Agreement.

When we speak of "Creator", "we", "us", and "our", we collectively mean LifeCoach Sushanta, being the creator of this Platform and the content, materials, and services contained therein.

By accessing this Platform, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.

1. Access and Registration: If You are an individual, You must be at least 18 years of age, or, if You are between 13 and 18, You must have Your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform. If You are under the age of 13, You may not use the Platform or register for any content or services offered therein.
   
   To access Content on the Platform, You are required to register by providing Your name and email address. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle Your information. You represent that the information provided during registration is true and complete, and You agree to update us on any changes by writing to us at the contact details in the 'Contact Us' section below.
   
   For the purpose of this Agreement, "Content" shall mean any course or session (whether pre-recorded or live) published by the Creator on the Platform, including reference materials and text files offered as part of the Content.
   
   We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform or remove content posted by You in Public Forums at any time, without notice, if You have violated any provision of this Agreement.


2. License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content on the Platform for Your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
   
   
   1. modify, edit, or copy the Content or any material made available on the Platform;
      
   2. create derivative works or exploit any material on the Platform in a manner not permitted under this license;
      
   3. publicly display (commercially or non-commercially) the Content or use it for any commercial purpose;
      
   4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Platform;
      
   5. remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the Content or any materials on the Platform; or
      
   6. transfer any material to another person or 'mirror' it on any other server.
      
   This license shall automatically terminate if You violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.


3. Communications: The Platform includes Public Forums to enable communication between You and other learners. Use of these forums is entirely Your choice. If You choose to participate, You agree to adhere to the 'Code of Conduct' section below. You are solely responsible for any content You post, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
   
   By posting content on the Platform, You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.


4. Code of Conduct: You agree to the following:
   1. Legitimate usage: Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Do not engage in any activity that violates applicable law or disrupts or impairs the Platform.
      
      
   2. No harmful content: Content that incites or promotes violence, causes harm, or endangers the safety of any individual is strictly prohibited.
      
      
   3. No hateful or defamatory content: Hate speech, libel, slander, threats, or statements inciting hatred against any individual or group are not tolerated.
      
      
   4. No violent or graphic content: Content designed to shock, disturb, or promote terrorism or violence is not allowed.
      
      
   5. No harassment or bullying: Any form of harassment, including abusive messages, revealing personal information, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited.
      
      
   6. No spam: Posting repetitive, untargeted content or links to external malware sites is a violation of this Agreement.
      
      
   7. No scams: Content designed to trick others for financial gain, extortion, or blackmail is not permitted.
      
      
   8. Privacy: Refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how to protect Your privacy and respect others'.
      
      
   9. No impersonation: Impersonating another person, company, or entity is not permitted.
      
      
   10. No unauthorized access: Do not attempt to disable, overburden, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or introduce malware of any kind.
       
       
   11. Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate termination of Your access without notice.


5. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, trademarks, logos, design, layout, audio, video, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of LifeCoach Sushanta ("Creator's Intellectual Property"). You do not acquire any ownership rights to Creator's Intellectual Property by using the Platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of Creator's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited.


6. Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or comments You submit regarding the Platform or Content ("Feedback") grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback in any form without any intellectual property obligation to You.


7. Payments and Refunds: To enrol for certain Content, You may need to pay a fee ("Content Fee"). Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. Once You purchase access to Content, the purchase cannot be cancelled and the Content Fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We do not capture or store any sensitive personal financial information — please refer to the third-party payment gateway's terms for details.


8. Disclaimer: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFECOACH SUSHANTA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIFECOACH SUSHANTA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LifeCoach Sushanta be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or its Content, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.


10. Indemnity and Release: You shall indemnify and hold harmless LifeCoach Sushanta and its authorised personnel from any claim, demand, or action arising out of Your breach of this Agreement or Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.


11. Links to Third-Party Websites: LifeCoach Sushanta has not reviewed all third-party sites linked from the Platform and is not responsible for their content. Use of any linked site is at Your own risk.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Balangir, Odisha, India.


13. Miscellaneous:
    1. Amendments: We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised terms.
       
    2. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
       
    3. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. Any attempt to do so will be null and void.
       
    4. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Agreement will remain in full force.
       
    5. Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for delay or failure arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.
